Heading Towards Excellence through Synergy

This saying made me motivated to compose these few words about our batch of smart people. In some situations, synergy is said to be a value that would be excelled with practice. But in our culture, synergy is what we are about. And that is how we create value. Someone may have a question what the so-called value creation. I believe that, making better things while making things better and the ongoing preparations to master that practice is the value creation by us.

In practice, one recent example is the contribution given by our people in the Intra Department Quiz Competition, ‘TLM Mind Challenge 2016’ which was organized by the Society of Transport and Logistics. We were given the duty to make some decorations to build an environment suitable for the competition. I shall take just one item that was among those decorations which inspired me to think about the potential they possess in making better things while making things better. Actually, that was a figure of a light bulb which indicates ‘innovation’ along with the components of someone’s knowledge base.

 I believe that the figure does not just symbolize ‘innovation’. It also says how our people will work to light up the future. The artistry they have in harmonizing creativity with cooperation is the point where it connects with synergy. This could be a simple example but it says a lot about where they are going to ‘stand’ in the future.

It is doubtless that they will master to become exceptionally good at connecting and harmonizing people, ideas and objects.
